Is Rental Property Manager Windows 10 compatible?
RPM v3.00 and later are Windows 10 compatible.
RPM v2.20 and later are Windows 7 and 8 compatible.
Can Rental Property Manager display values in my currency?
RPM uses the Windows Regional Settings for displaying currencies. You can also set different currency in the Options
How can I backup my data?
You can backup your database by going to the File menu and choosing "Backup Database".
Can I use Rental Property Mananger on a network?
Rental Property Manager can be used on a network. To do this, you will need to install and register Rental Property Manager on each computer that accesses the data.
On one machine, go to the File menu and choose 'Create Database'. Create the database on a network shared drive. On the other computers, go to the File menu and choose 'Open Database'. Open the new database you have just created.
If you have an existing database that you want to access, copy the entire database directory (shown in the titlebar) to a network shared drive. Then on each computers, open the database using the File -> Open command.
Can I get a free upgrade to Rental Property Manager v3.xx?
If you purchased RPM after Aug 1st, 2015, you can get a free upgrade to v3.xx. If you purchased before then, you can get a discounted upgrade. See here for more details.
