Properties Screen
The Properties screen provides a quick view of Properties, Current Tenants and Income/Expense for the current period.

Tenants Screen
The Tenants screen shows Tenants and rent received. Custom fields can be added to include user data.

Inspections
Rental Property Manager contains a customizable checklist for property inspections. Inspections can contain photographs illustrating the before and after state.


Rental Income
The income screen lets you enter rental income against a tenant. Custom fields can be added to include user data.

Expenses
Rental Property Manager allows you to enter property expenses. Custom fields can be added to include user data.

Event Planner
Rental Property Manager contains an event manager, letting you record appointments and events. The event manager can show alarms when events are due. RPM can optionally add reminders for such events as rent due, and rent reviews.

Assets
Rental Property Manager lets you create a list of all assets for a property. This is useful for tax and maintenance purposes.

Dimensions
Rental Property Manager lets you record the the dimensions for each property. This is useful for maintenance.

Customise Categories
Categories for Assets, Dimensions and Inspections are all customizable.

Custom Fields
Custom Fields can be added to Properties, Tenants, Income and Expenses. This lets you modify RPM to your own requirements.

Recycle Bin
Deleted items are placed in the recycle bin. From here you can delete them permanently, or restore them.
